dont make anzac cookies when u're tired!
thank you for fixing the light in the rangehood, that's like the most important light in the house, we'd cooked in dark (well not dark but not bright enough) for a few days already...and now it's fixed, i promised i'd cook better, but see what happened to the Anzac cookies:
it became burnt Anzac crisp! (one piece!)
that's better
my 'professional' advice: dont make Anzac cookies when u're tired, otherwise, u may think corn flour is plain flour and make an Anzac crisp!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA it took me a while to understand what's going on in your oven.... the big piece of anzac crisp!!! lol.... the second one looks really nice.... i can never make cookies, they never taste right when i make them!!
